s 81 Restoration to register
(1) Where the name of a Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership has been struck-off the register under subsection 80(2), the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership, or a partner or a liquidator thereof may, within three years immediately following the date of the striking-off, apply to the Authority to have the name of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership restored to the register, and upon payment to the Authority of the prescribed restoration fees and all other prescribed fees due, the Authority may restore the name of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership to the register.
(2) Upon restoration of the name of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership to the register, the name of the Labuan limited partnership or Labuan limited liability partnership shall be deemed never to have been struckoff the register.

Kemasukan semula dalam daftar
(1) Jika nama sesuatu perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan telah dipotong daripada daftar di bawah subseksyen 80(2), perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu, atau pekongsi atau pelikuidasinya boleh, dalam masa tiga tahun sebaik selepas tarikh pemotongan itu, memohon kepada Lembaga supaya nama perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu dimasukkan semula dalam daftar, dan apabila dibayar kepada Lembaga fi kemasukan semula yang ditetapkan dan segala fi yang ditetapkan lain yang kena dibayar, Lembaga boleh memasukkan semula nama perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu dalam daftar.
(2) Apabila nama perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu dimasukkan semula dalam daftar, nama perkongsian terhad Labuan atau perkongsian liabiliti terhad Labuan itu hendaklah disifatkan tidak pernah dipotong daripada daftar.
