Labuan Limited Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2010 s 89
s 89 Regulations
(1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, make regulations prescribing all matters and things required or authorized by this Act to be prescribed or provided, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed or provided, for the carrying out of, or giving full effect to, the provisions of this Act.
(2) The regulations made under this Act may provide for any act or omission in contravention of the regulations to be an offence and may provide for penalties of a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

Peraturan-peraturan
(1) M e n t e r i b o l e h , a t a s s y o r L e m b a g a , m e m b u a t peraturan-peraturan untuk menetapkan semua perkara dan benda yang dikehendaki atau diberi kuasa oleh Akta ini untuk ditetapkan atau diperuntukkan, atau yang perlu atau suai manfaat untuk ditetapkan atau diperuntukkan, bagi menjalankan, atau melaksanakan sepenuhnya, peruntukan Akta ini.
(2) Peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini boleh memperuntukkan bagi apa-apa perbuatan atau peninggalan yang melanggar peraturan-peraturan itu menjadi suatu kesalahan dan boleh memperuntukkan penalti suatu denda tidak melebihi dua puluh lima ribu ringgit atau pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.
