Weights and Measures Act 1972 s 14C
Any person granted a certificate under subsection 14b(1) may have his certificate revoked by the Chief Inspector if the person issued with the certificate is convicted of any offence under this Act, provided that no such revocation shall be made without first giving the aggrieved person an opportunity to be heard by the Chief Inspector.
Pembatalan perakuan yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 14b
Mana-mana orang yang diberikan perakuan di bawah subseksyen 14 b (1) boleh dibatalkan perakuannya oleh Ketua Inspektor jika orang yang kepadanya dikeluarkan perakuan itu disabitkan dengan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, dengan syarat bahawa tiada pembatalan sedemikian boleh dibuat tanpa terlebih dahulu memberikan orang terkilan itu peluang untuk didengar oleh Ketua Inspektor.
