Weights and Measures Act 1972 s 26B

s 26B Fees collected by licensed companies

Notwithstanding any provision of this Act or the Financial Procedure Act 1957 [Act 61], all fees for the performance of any function or provision of any service by the licensed company shall be collected by, and form part of the revenue of, the licensed company.

Fi yang dipungut oleh syarikat berlesen

Walau apa pun mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau Akta Tatacara Kewangan 1957 [Akta 61], segala fi bagi pelaksanaan apa-apa fungsi atau mengadakan apa-apa perkhidmatan oleh syarikat berlesen hendaklah dipungut oleh, dan menjadi sebahagian daripada hasil, syarikat berlesen itu.
