s 26D Minister to amend regulations in respect of fees

Where the Minister approves the memorandum, with or without any modification, he shall as soon as practicable amend the regulations in respect of the existing fees to provide for the changes in the fees.

Menteri hendaklah meminda peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan fi

Jika Menteri meluluskan memorandum, dengan atau tanpa apa-apa ubah suaian, dia hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang dapat dilaksanakan meminda peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan fi yang sedia ada untuk membuat peruntukan tentang perubahan pada fi itu.
