Competition Act 2010 s 17
(1) A Commission officer shall have all the powers of investigation and enforcement under this Act. (2) For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that for the purposes of this Act, the Commission officer investigating any commission of an offence under this Act shall have all or any of the powers of a police officer in relation to police investigation in seizable cases as provided for under the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593].
Kuasa penyiasatan
(1) Pegawai Suruhanjaya hendaklah mempunyai segala kuasa penyiasatan dan penguatkuasaan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, adalah diisytiharkan bahawa bagi maksud Akta ini, pegawai Suruhanjaya yang menyiasat apa-apa pelakuan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah mempunyai segala atau mana-mana kuasa seorang pegawai polis berhubung dengan penyiasatan polis dalam kes boleh tangkap sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593].
