Competition Act 2010 s 20

s 20 Access to records, etc.

(1) A person shall, if at any time directed by the Commission, allow the Commission access to his records, books, accounts or other things for the purposes of carrying out any of the Commission’s functions or powers under this Act. (2) Any person who fails to comply with the direction under subsection (1) commits an offence.

Akses kepada rekod, dsb.

(1) Seseorang hendaklah, jika pada bila-bila masa diarahkan oleh Suruhanjaya, membenarkan Suruhanjaya akses kepada rekod, buku, akaun atau benda lain bagi maksud menjalankan mana-mana fungsi atau kuasa Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi arahan di bawah subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
