Competition Act 2010 s 46
The President and members of the Competition Appeal Tribunal appointed under section 45 may be paid— (a) a daily sitting allowance during the sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal; (b) a lodging, travelling and subsistence allowance; and (c) such fixed allowances or other allowances, as the Minister may determine.
Elaun
Presiden dan anggota Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 45 bolehlah dibayar— (a) suatu elaun bersidang harian semasa persidangan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan; (b) suatu elaun penginapan, perjalanan dan sara hidup; dan (c) apa-apa elaun tetap atau elaun lain, sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
