Competition Act 2010 s 50
(1) The Minister shall appoint a Secretary to the Competition Appeal Tribunal. (2) The Minister may designate such number of public officers as the Minister thinks fit to assist the Secretary. (3) For the purpose of this Act, the Secretary and the officers designated under subsection (2) shall be deemed to be officers of the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Setiausaha Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan dan pegawai lain
(1) Menteri hendaklah melantik seorang Setiausaha Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan. (2) Menteri boleh menetapkan apa-apa bilangan pegawai awam yang difikirkannya layak untuk membantu Setiausaha. (3) Bagi maksud Akta ini, Setiausaha dan pegawai yang ditetapkan di bawah subseksyen (2) hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pegawai Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan.
