s 52 Record of decision of the Commission
(1) The aggrieved person or the person whose interest is affected referred to in section 51 may, on his own initiative, request in writing to the Commission for a statement of the grounds of the decision of the Commission.
(2) Subject to subsection (3), the Commission shall, upon receiving the written request under subsection (1), provide a copy of the statement of its grounds to the aggrieved person or the person whose interest is affected upon payment of the prescribed fee.
(3) When a notice of appeal has been filed with the Competition Appeal Tribunal under section 51, the Commission shall, if it had not already written its grounds for its decision on the matter stated in the notice as requested by the appellant under subsection (1), record in writing its grounds for its decision and the written grounds shall form part of the record of the proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Rekod keputusan Suruhanjaya
(1) Orang yang terkilan atau orang yang kepentingannya tersentuh yang disebut dalam seksyen 51 boleh, atas inisiatifnya sendiri, meminta secara bertulis kepada Suruhanjaya untuk mendapatkan suatu pernyataan mengenai alasan bagi keputusan Suruhanjaya.
(2) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (3), Suruhanjaya hendaklah, apabila diterimanya permintaan bertulis di bawah subseksyen (1), memberikan suatu salinan penyataan mengenai alasan bagi keputusannya kepada orang yang terkilan atau orang yang kepentingannya tersentuh itu apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan.
(3) Apabila suatu notis rayuan telah difailkan dengan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan di bawah seksyen 51, Suruhanjaya hendaklah, jika
ia belum lagi menulis alasan bagi keputusannya mengenai perkara yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu sebagaimana yang diminta oleh perayu di bawah subseksyen (1), merekodkan secara bertulis alasan bagi keputusannya dan alasan bertulis itu hendaklah menjadi sebahagian daripada rekod prosiding di hadapan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan.
