s 55 Sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal
(1) The Competition Appeal Tribunal shall sit on such dates and at such places as the President may from time to time determine.
(2) The President may cancel or postpone any sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal and may change the place of the sittings which has been determined under subsection (1).
(3) Any change to the date or place of any sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal shall be informed to the parties to the appeal by a written notice.

Persidangan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan
(1) Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan hendaklah bersidang pada apa-apa tarikh dan di mana-mana tempat yang ditentukan oleh Presiden dari semasa ke semasa.
(2) Presiden boleh membatalkan atau menangguhkan mana-mana persidangan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan dan boleh menukar tempat persidangan yang telah ditentukan di bawah subseksyen (1).
(3) Apa-apa perubahan kepada tarikh atau tempat mana-mana persidangan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan hendaklah dimaklumkan kepada pihak-pihak kepada rayuan itu melalui notis bertulis.
