s 58 Decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

(1) The decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, on any matter, shall be decided on a majority of the members. (2) The Competition Appeal Tribunal may confirm or set aside the decision which is the subject of the appeal, or any part of it, and mayβ€” (a) remit the matter to the Commission; (b) impose or revoke, or vary the amount of, a financial penalty; (c) give such direction, or take such other step as the Commission could itself have given or taken; or (d) make any other decision which the Commission could itself have made. (3) A decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal is final and binding on the parties to the appeal.

Keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan

(1) Keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan, tentang apa-apa perkara, hendaklah diputuskan mengikut majoriti anggotanya. (2) Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan boleh mengesahkan atau mengetepikan keputusan yang menjadi hal bagi rayuan itu, atau mana-mana bahagiannya, dan bolehβ€” (a) meremitkan perkara itu kepada Suruhanjaya; (b) mengenakan atau membatalkan, atau mengubah amaun, suatu penalti kewangan; (c) memberikan apa-apa arahan, atau mengambil apa-apa langkah lain sebagaimana yang boleh diberikan atau diambil oleh Suruhanjaya sendiri; atau (d) membuat apa-apa keputusan lain yang boleh dibuat oleh Suruhanjaya sendiri. (3) Suatu keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan adalah muktamad dan mengikat pihak-pihak kepada rayuan itu.
