Competition Act 2010 s 59

s 59 Enforcement of decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

A decision given by the Competition Appeal Tribunal may, by leave of the High Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order to the same effect, and where leave is so given, judgment may be entered in terms of the decision.

Penguatkuasaan keputusan Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan

Suatu keputusan yang diberikan oleh Tribunal Rayuan Persaingan boleh, dengan kebenaran Mahkamah Tinggi, dikuatkuasakan dengan cara yang sama seperti suatu penghakiman atau perintah yang mempunyai kesan yang sama, dan jika kebenaran diberikan sedemikian, penghakiman boleh dimasukkan mengikut terma keputusan itu.
