s 151 Penalty for failure to comply with section 145
(1) A railway official in charge of a railway station who omits to give such notice of an accident as is required by paragraph 145(1)(a) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
(2) A licensed operator who fails to give notice of an accident as is required by paragraph 145(1)(b) shall pay to the Director General of Land Public Transport a sum of one thousand ringgit for every day during which the default continues.

Penalti kerana tidak mematuhi seksyen 145
(1) Seseorang pegawai kereta api yang menjaga suatu stesen kereta api yang tidak memberikan apa-apa notis mengenai suatu kemalangan sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh perenggan 145(1)(a) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.
(2) Seseorang pengendali berlesen yang tidak memberikan notis mengenai suatu kemalangan sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh perenggan 145(1)(b) hendaklah membayar kepada Suruhanjaya suatu jumlah wang sebanyak satu ribu ringgit bagi tiap-tiap hari selama kemungkiran itu berterusan.
