s 187 Komposisi Tribunal Rayuan

(1) Tiap-tiap prosiding Tribunal Rayuan hendaklah didengar dan dibereskan oleh tiga anggota atau apa-apa bilangan ganjil anggota Tribunal Rayuan yang lebih besar sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pengerusi dalam mana-mana hal tertentu. (2) Dalam ketiadaan Pengerusi, anggota Tribunal Rayuan yang lebih kanan hendaklah menjadi Pengerusi.
