s 28 Prohibition in relation to suspended operator’s licence
(1) A licensed operator whose operator’s licence has been suspended under section 27 shall not, during the period of suspension, operate or provide the public service vehicle service authorized by such operator’s licence or otherwise use, or cause or permit the use of any public service vehicle authorized to be used under the terms of such operator’s licence.
(2) A licensed operator who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than one thousand ringgit but not more than ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Larangan berhubungan dengan lesen pengendali yang digantung
(1) Seorang pengendali berlesen yang lesen pengendalinya telah digantung di bawah seksyen 27 tidak boleh, semasa tempoh penggantungan itu, mengendalikan atau mengadakan perkhidmatan kenderaan perkhidmatan awam yang dibenarkan oleh lesen pengendali sedemikian atau selainnya menggunakan, atau menyebabkan atau membenarkan penggunaan mana-mana kenderaan perkhidmatan awam yang dibenarkan untuk digunakan di bawah terma lesen pengendali itu.
(2) Seseorang pengendali berlesen yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak kurang daripada satu ribu ringgit tetapi tidak lebih daripada sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
