Save as otherwise expressly provided, nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to confer on the licensed operator any right to the continuance of any benefits arising from the provisions of this Chapter, or from any operator’s licence issued or deemed to be issued thereunder or from any of the conditions attached to any such operator’s licence.
Perlindungan kepentingan awam
Kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dengan nyata selainnya, tiada apa jua dalam Bab ini boleh disifatkan sebagai memberi pengendali berlesen apa-apa hak yang berterusan kepada apaapa faedah yang berbangkit daripada peruntukan Bab ini, atau daripada mana-mana lesen pengendali yang dikeluarkan atau disifatkan telah dikeluarkan di bawahnya atau daripada mana-mana syarat yang dikenakan pada mana-mana lesen pengendali itu.
