s 9 Revocation or suspension of licence
(1) The Director General of Land Public Transport may, by written notice to the terminal licensee and without any compensation, revoke or suspend any licence issued under section 6—
(a) if any of the provisions of this Act or any of the conditions of the licence has not been complied with;
(b) if the issuance of the licence was induced by a false representation of fact by or on behalf of the terminal licensee; or
(c) in the event of the death, incapacity, bankruptcy or, in the case of a company, liquidation, of the terminal licensee or, where a receiver or manager is appointed in relation to the business of operating the terminal by the terminal licensee:
Provided that the Director General of Land Public Transport—
(A) in the case of paragraph (a), may in lieu of revocation or suspension of the licence appoint a third party to rectify the non-compliance and recover the costs of such rectification from the terminal licensee;
(B) in the case of a breach of any of the conditions of the licence under paragraph (a), shall not revoke or suspend the licence unless it is satisfied, after giving the terminal licensee an opportunity of making any representation in writing he may wish to make, that owing to the frequency of the breach, or to the breach having been committed wilfully or the danger to the public involved in the breach, the licence should be revoked or suspended; or
(C) in the case of a breach of any of the provisions of this Act under paragraph (a), or paragraph (b) or (c), shall not revoke or suspend the licence unless it is satisfied that, after giving the terminal licensee an opportunity of making any representation in writing he may wish to make, the licence should be revoked or suspended.
(2) Where a licence—
(a) has been revoked, it shall have no effect from the date of revocation and the terminal licensee shall within fourteen days from the date of revocation of the licence return the licence to the Director General of Land Public Transport; or
(b) has been suspended, it shall have no effect during the period of suspension.

Pembatalan atau penggantungan lesen
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, melalui notis bertulis kepada pemegang lesen terminal dan tanpa apa-apa pampasan, membatalkan atau menggantung mana-mana lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 6 —
(a) jika mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana syarat lesen tidak dipatuhi;
(b) jika pengeluaran lesen itu didorong oleh suatu representasi palsu mengenai fakta oleh atau bagi pihak pemegang lesen terminal itu; atau
(c) sekiranya berlaku kematian, ketidakupayaan, kebankrapan atau, dalam hal sesuatu syarikat, likuidasi, pemegang lesen terminal itu atau, apabila seorang penerima atau pengurus dilantik berhubungan dengan perniagaan mengendalikan terminal oleh pemegang lesen terminal itu:
Dengan syarat bahawa Suruhanjaya —
(A) dalam hal perenggan (a), boleh sebagai ganti pembatalan atau penggantungan lesen melantik suatu pihak ketiga untuk membetulkan ketidakpatuhan itu dan mendapatkan semula kos pembetulan itu daripada pemegang lesen terminal itu;
(B) dalam hal kemungkiran mana-mana syarat lesen di bawah perenggan (a), tidak boleh membatalkan atau menggantung lesen itu melainkan jika ia berpuas hati, selepas memberi pemegang lesen terminal itu suatu peluang untuk membuat apa-apa representasi bertulis yang dihasratinya untuk dibuat, bahawa disebabkan kekerapan kemungkiran itu, atau kemungkiran itu dilakukan dengan sengaja atau bahaya kepada orang awam yang terlibat dalam kemungkiran itu, lesen itu patut dibatalkan atau digantung; atau
(C) dalam hal kemungkiran mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini di bawah perenggan (a), atau perenggan (b) atau (c), tidak boleh membatalkan atau menggantung lesen itu melainkan jika ia berpuas hati bahawa, selepas memberi pemegang
lesen terminal itu suatu peluang untuk membuat apa-apa representasi bertulis yang dihasratinya untuk dibuat, lesen itu patut dibatalkan atau digantung.
(2) Jika suatu lesen —
(a) telah dibatalkan, ia tidak mempunyai kuat kuasa dari tarikh pembatalan itu dan pemegang lesen terminal itu hendaklah dalam masa empat belas hari dari tarikh pembatalan lesen itu mengembalikan lesen itu kepada Suruhanjaya; atau
(b) telah digantung, ia tidak mempunyai kuat kuasa dalam tempoh penggantungan itu.
