s 41 Transfer of powers, etc.

The powers, rights, privileges, liabilities, obligations and duties which immediately before the appointed date were those of the dissolved Corporation shall devolve on the Perbadanan established by this Act as from that date.

Pemindahan kuasa, dsb.

Kuasa, hak, keistimewaan, liabiliti, obligasi dan kewajipan yang sebaik sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan dipunyai oleh Perbadanan yang dibubarkan hendaklah dipindahkan mulai tarikh itu kepada Perbadanan yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
