s 9 Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1) The appointment of any member under paragraph 6(1)(a), (d) or (e) may at any time be revoked by the Minister. (2) A member may at any time resign his office by a written notice addressed to the Minister.

Pembatalan pelantikan dan peletakan jawatan

(1) Pelantikan mana-mana anggota di bawah perenggan 6(1)(a), (d) atau (e) boleh pada bila-bila masa dibatalkan oleh Menteri. (2) Seseorang anggota boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya melalui suatu notis bertulis yang dialamatkan kepada Menteri.
