(1) The Council shall convene its meetings at least once in every three months and the meeting shall be held at the time and place specified in a written notice by the Chairman. (2) The Chairman may authorize the use of live video, television links or other appropriate communication or multimedia facilities for the purposes of any meeting of the Council.
Mesyuarat
(1) Majlis hendaklah mengadakan mesyuaratnya sekurangkurangnya sekali dalam tiap-tiap tiga bulan dan mesyuarat itu hendaklah diadakan pada masa dan di tempat yang dinyatakan dalam notis bertulis oleh Pengerusi. (2) Pengerusi boleh membenarkan penggunaan video secara langsung, sambungan televisyen atau kemudahan komunikasi atau multimedia sesuai yang lain bagi maksud mana-mana mesyuarat Majlis.
