s 14 Council may invite others to meetings

(1) The Council may invite any other person to attend any meeting of the Council for the purpose of advising the Council on any matter under discussion, but the person so attending is not entitled to vote at the meeting. (2) Any person invited under subsection (1) may be paid such allowances as the Council may determine.

Majlis boleh mengundang orang lain ke mesyuarat

(1) Majlis boleh mengundang mana-mana orang lain untuk menghadiri mana-mana mesyuarat Majlis bagi maksud menasihati Majlis tentang apa-apa perkara yang sedang dibincangkan, tetapi orang yang hadir sedemikian tidak mempunyai hak untuk mengundi pada mesyuarat itu. (2) Mana-mana orang yang diundang di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh dibayar apa-apa elaun yang ditentukan oleh Majlis.
