Agensi Inovasi Malaysia Act 2010 s 40

s 40 Public servant

Every member of the Council or any committee, or any officer, employee, Innovation Ambassador or agent of the Agency, while discharging his duty under this Act as such member, officer, employee, Innovation Ambassador or agent, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Tiap-tiap anggota Majlis atau mana-mana jawatankuasa, atau mana-mana pegawai, pekerja, Duta Inovasi atau ejen Agensi, semasa menunaikan kewajipannya di bawah Akta ini sebagai anggota, pegawai, pekerja, Duta Inovasi atau ejen sedemikian, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
