Lembaga boleh, dengan suatu suratcara bertulis yang Perwakilan dimeteri dengan meteri Perbadanan, mewakilkan kepada seseorang atau sesuatu badan mana-mana daripada kewajipannya yang perlu dijalankan di dalam atau di luar Malaysia: Dengan syarat bahawa mana-mana orang atau badan itu tidak mempunyai apa-apa kuasa mengawal Kumpulanwang dan hendaklah bertindak dalam semua hal mengikut arahan Lembaga.
