s 21
(1) Tiada siapa yang ada mempunyai secara langsung Tidak layak atau secara taklangsung, dengan sendirinya atau melalui pekongsinya, sesuatu syer atau kepentingan dalam sesuatu sebagai kontrak dengan, untuk atau bagi pihak Perbadanan, layak pegawaidiambil bekerja sebagai pegawai atau penjawat perbadanan. (2) Seseorang pegawai atau penjawat yang dilantik oleh Lembaga yang ada mempunyai atau memperolehi sesuatu şyer atau kepentingan tersebut boleh, menurut budibicara Lembaga, dibuang kerja terus tanpa notis. 4-8 511
