Maka adalah dengan ini ditubuhkan suatu pertubuhan Perbadanan. "Perbadanan Kemajuan Pelancungan Malaysia"' (kemudian daripada ini disebut "Perbadanan") yang kekal turun temurun dan mempunyai suatu meteri dan kuasa bagi memperolehi dan memegang harta alih atau harta takalih dan bagi melupuskannya atau, secara lain, membuat apa-apa urusan mengenainya.
