s 28 Application for designated medical device permit
(1) A person may apply for a designated medical device permit to be granted under this Act by submitting a written application to the Authority in the prescribed manner.
(2) Every application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the prescribed application fee and such document or information as may be specified by the Authority.
(3) An application under this section may be withdrawn at any time by the applicant before it is granted or refused by the Authority.

Permohonan bagi permit peranti perubatan yang ditetapkan
(1) Seseorang boleh memohon supaya suatu permit peranti perubatan yang ditetapkan diberikan di bawah Akta ini dengan mengemukakan suatu permohonan bertulis kepada Pihak Berkuasa mengikut cara yang ditetapkan.
(2) Tiap-tiap permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disertai dengan fi permohonan yang ditetapkan dan apa-apa dokumen atau maklumat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pihak Berkuasa.
(3) Suatu permohonan di bawah seksyen ini boleh ditarik balik pada bilabila masa oleh pemohon sebelum permohonan itu diberikan atau ditolak oleh Pihak Berkuasa.
