s 11 Transfer of property and liabilities, etc.
(1) All property belonging immediately before the commencement of this Act to the Association or the Brigade, whether held in the name of the Association or the Brigade or in the name of any person in trust for the Association or the Brigade shall, on the commencement of this Act and without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatever, vest in the Corporation and the same together with all afteracquired property, movable or immovable, and all subscriptions, contributions, donations, fines, amounts of loans and advances received or to be received shall be held by the Corporation for the purposes of this Act and subject to the Rules for the time being of the Corporation.

(2) All debts and liabilities of the Association or the Brigade existing immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation, and all debts due to and subscriptions payable to the Association or the Brigade immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be paid to the Corporation.

(1) Segala harta kepıınyaan Persatuan atau Briged saharta dan tanggongan, belum sahaja Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa, sama ada dipegang atas nama Persatuan atau Briged atau atas mama dsb. nau Brige henaa orah ap aaila Aaita tni nah la bei kuasatas. dan tanpa apa? pindahak, serahak atau pindahmilek, terletakhak kapada Perbadanan, dan harta tersebut serta segala harta yang di-perolehi kemudian-nya sama ada harta aleh atau harta takaleh, dan segala yuran, charum, derma, denda, jumlah pınjaman dan pendahuluan yang di-terima atau yang akan di-terima hendak-lah di-pegang oleh Perbadanan bagı maksud- Akta ıni dan tertaklok kapada Kaedah2 Perbadanan pada masa itu.
(2) Segala hutang dan tanggongan Persatuan atau Briged yang sedia ada sa-belum sahaja Akta ını mula berkuatkuasa hendak-lah di-bayar oleh Perbadanan, dan segala hutang dan yuran yang kena di-bayaı kapada Persatuar atau Briged sa-belum sahaja Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa hendak-lah di-bayar kapada Perbadanan. Menggunakan pendapatan dan harta. Dengan sharat bahawa tiada apa2 jua yang terkandong li-dalam ini boleh menghalang pembayaran dengan suchi badaşan atau kada sasia pa sa-vai ai balasan bagl apaperkhidmatan yang sa-benar-nya di-beri kapada Perbadanan.
