(1) Subject to any regulations made under section 16, the Lembaga may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Lembaga may think desirable any person as Executive Officer and such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2) No person shall be eligible for employment as an Executive Officer or officer or servant of the Lembaga who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Lembaga.
(3) Any Executive Officer or officer or servant of the Lembaga who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Lembaga to summary dismissal without notice.

Pelantikan pegawai dan pekhidmat lain
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 16, Lembaga boleh melantik atas apa-apa syarat yang difikirkannya perlu mana-mana orang sebagai Pegawai Kerja dan beberapa orang pegawai dan pekhidmat lain yang perlu bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini.
(2) Tiada seorang pun yang mempunyai secara langsung atau tidak langsung, sama ada dengan sendirinya atau melalui pekongsinya, apa-apa syer atau kepentingan dalam apa-apa kontrak atau apa-apa kontrak yang dicadangkan dengan, untuk atau bagi pihak Lembaga layak diambil kerja sebagai seorang Pegawai Kerja atau pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga.
(3) Mana-mana Pegawai Kerja atau pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga yang mempunyai atau memperoleh sesuatu syer atau kepentingan tersebut boleh, menurut budi bicara Lembaga, dibuang kerja terus tanpa notis.
