Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara Act 1972 s 16F
Notwithstanding subsection 16 D(3) and section 16 E , the Lembaga may at any time withdraw any surcharge in respect of which a satisfactory explanation has been received or if it otherwise appears that no surcharge should have been made, and the Lembaga shall forthwith notify the person surcharged of the withdrawal.
Penarikan balik surcaj
Walau apa pun subseksyen 16D(3) dan seksyen 16E, Lembaga boleh pada bila-bila masa menarik balik apa-apa surcaj yang berkenaan dengannya penjelasan yang memuaskan hati telah diterima atau jika ternyata selainnya bahawa tiada surcaj patut dibuat, dan Lembaga hendaklah dengan serta-merta memberitahu orang yang disurcajkan itu akan penarikbalikan itu.
