Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara Act 1972 s 26
The Lembaga may employ and pay agents and technical advisers including advocates and solicitors, bankers, stock-brokers, surveyors or valuers or other persons, to transact any business or to do any act required to be transacted or done in the execution of its duties or for the better carrying into effect the purposes of this Act.
Kuasa untuk mengambil kerja ejen
Lembaga boleh mengambil kerja dan membayar ejen dan penasihat teknik termasuk peguam bela dan peguam cara, jurubank, broker saham, juruukur atau penilai atau orang lain, untuk menjalankan apa-apa urusan atau melakukan apa-apa perbuatan yang dikehendaki diuruskan atau dilakukan dalam melaksanakan kewajipannya atau bagi melaksanakan maksud Akta ini dengan cara lebih baik.
