s 21 ox a Depuhy Garne Warden

(1) Save as provided in this section a Game Warden Compoundmay compound any offence under this Act but only theing of A357 Chief Game Warden may compound an offence under this Act in respect of a totally protected wild animal or a totally (2) Protected Wild bird. 13X2) Wherethe Chief Game Warden-or-a Game Warden campounds an offence pursuant to subseetion-(1) he shall do so for a sum not moré than one half of the fine prescribed for the offence.
