(1) Save as provided in this section and this Act a 4A697. Minister may prescribe conditions. ',permits and special permuits exercises jurisdiction, and such licences or permits shall have effect only in that State. 2) Separate licences shall be required in respect of par ranh (à) or (b) in the interpretation of «dealer" and paragraph (a), (b) or (c) in the interpretation of "taxider- (3) Where two or more persons carry on the business of a dealer or taxidermist (as the case may be) they shall not be required to hold more than one licence authorizing them to carry on either business in the name of and in respect of the partnership.
