Every person who unlawfully takes or damages or or egg of destroys the nest or egg of a totally protected wild animal or a totally protected wild bird is guilty of an offence and wild life. shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding twofive <ruiggit thousand fve hundred /dollars or to a term of imprisonment AeA 160 not exceedingfone and a half years or to both. shooting etc.
