Every person who shoots kills or takes a protected wild Shooting animal or a protected wild bird with a weapon other than prodited any weapon which is specified by the Minister pursuant to section 31 as being a weapon for the shooting killing or weapoable taking of a specified wild animal or wild bird is guilty of an AAG9T
