Allied Health Professions Act 2016 s 10
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Council, by order published in the Gazette, delete from the Second Schedule any Allied Health Profession, or add to the Second Schedule any profession of allied health, to be included as an Allied Health Profession to which this Act shall apply, or in any way amend the Second Schedule.
Pindaan Jadual Kedua
Menteri boleh, atas syor Majlis, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, memotong daripada Jadual Kedua apa-apa Profesion Kesihatan Bersekutu, atau menambah ke dalam Jadual Kedua apa-apa profesion dalam kesihatan bersekutu untuk dijadikan suatu Profesion Kesihatan Bersekutu yang Akta ini hendaklah terpakai baginya, atau dalam apa-apa cara meminda Jadual Kedua.
