Allied Health Professions Act 2016 s 17
s 17 Registration
(1) No person shall practise an Allied Health Profession or carry out any activity prescribed under section 11 unless he is registered under this Act.
(2) An application for registration shall be made to the Council in such manner as may be determined by the Council and such application shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) Where the Council approves the application under subsection (1), the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration to the applicant and make an entry in the Register.
(4) Where the Council refuses the application under subsection (1), the Registrar shall notify the applicant.

Pendaftaran
(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh mengamalkan suatu Profesion Kesihatan Bersekutu atau menjalankan apa-apa aktiviti yang ditetapkan di bawah seksyen 11 melainkan dia telah berdaftar di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran hendaklah dibuat kepada Majlis mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Majlis dan permohonan itu hendaklah disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
(3) Jika Majlis meluluskan permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1), Pendaftar hendaklah mengeluarkan perakuan pendaftaran kepada pemohon dan membuat catatan dalam Daftar.
(4) Jika Majlis menolak permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1), Pendaftar hendaklah memberitahu pemohon.
