(1) A registered practitioner whose name has been removed from the Register under paragraph 18 (1)(b), (c) or (d), shall, within fourteen days of the date of receipt of the notification of the removal, surrender to the Council his certificate of registration.
(2) Any registered practitioner who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Perakuan hendaklah diserahkan
(1) Seorang pengamal berdaftar yang namanya telah dipotong daripada Daftar di bawah perenggan 18(1)(b), (c) atau (d) hendaklah, dalam tempoh empat belas hari dari tarikh penerimaan pemberitahuan pemotongan itu, menyerahkan kepada Majlis perakuan pendaftarannya.
(2) Mana-mana pengamal berdaftar yang gagal mematuhi subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
