National Registration Act 1959 s 4
(1) The Director General shall cause to be kept and maintained a register of all persons in Malaysia who are required to register under this Act. (2) The register shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 6.
Pewujudan daftar
(1) Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menyebabkan supaya disimpan dan disenggarakan suatu daftar mengenai semua orang di Malaysia yang dikehendaki supaya mendaftar di bawah Akta ini. (2) Daftar itu hendaklah dalam bentuk dan hendaklah mengandungi apa-apa butir-butir yang ditetapkan melalui peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 6.
