Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to relieve any person of any obligation under any other written law to be in possession of a passport or any other travel document whatsoever. *NOTE—Previously provided that no such penalty shall exceed a fine of three thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term ot two years or both–see Act A1114
Obligasi supaya memiliki dokumen perjalanan
Tiada apa-apa jua dalam Akta ini boleh disifatkan sebagai melepaskan mana-mana orang daripada apa-apa obligasi di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang lain supaya memiliki pasport atau apa-apa jua pun dokumen perjalanan yang lain. *CATATAN—Dahulunya dengan syarat bahawa tiada sesuatu penalti itu boleh melebihi denda sebanyak tiga ribu ringgit atau penjara selama tempoh dua tahun atau kedua-duanya–lihat Akta A1114
