s 39
No member of the Authority, member of a committee, employee or agent of the Authority shall incur any personal liability for any loss or damage caused by any act or omission in the management conduct of the affairs of the Authority or the performance of its functions or exercise of its powers under this Act, the Civil Aviation Act 1969 or any subsidiary legislation made under the Civil Aviation Act 1969 unless such loss or damage is occasioned by an intentionally wrongful act or omission on his part. Tiada anggota Pihak Berkuasa, anggota jawatankuasa, pekerja atau ejen Pihak Berkuasa boleh dikenakan liabiliti persendirian bagi apa-apa kerugian atau kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh apa-apa tindakan atau peninggalan dalam pengurusan hal ehwal Pihak Berkuasa atau pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini, Akta Penerbangan Awam 1969 atau mana-mana perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta Penerbangan Awam 1969 melainkan jika kerugian atau kerosakan itu berlaku disebabkan oleh suatu tindakan salah dengan niat atau peninggalan pada pihaknya.
