Pawnbrokers Act 1972 s 24
At any time within four months after the auction at which a pledge pawned for a sum exceeding two hundred ringgit is sold, the pawnbroker shall on demand allow the holder of the pawn-ticket to inspect the entry of the sale in the pawnbrokerβs book and in the filled-up catalogue of the auction authenticated by the signature of the licensed auctioneer or in either of them.
Hak pemegang surat pajak gadai bagi memeriksa buku jualan
Pada bila-bila masa dalam tempoh empat bulan selepas pelelongan di mana sesuatu sandaran yang dipajakgadaikan untuk wang berjumlah melebihi dua ratus ringgit telah dijual, pemegang pajak gadai hendaklah, apabila diminta, membenarkan pemegang surat pajak gadai itu memeriksa catatan mengenai jualan itu dalam buku pemegang pajak gadai itu dan dalam katalog yang telah diisi mengenai pelelongan itu yang telah disahkan dengan tandatangan pelelong berlesen itu atau dalam mana-mana satu daripadanya.
