s 30 Presumption on possession of pawn-ticket
Any person found in possession of a pawn-ticket shall until proven otherwise be presumed to have been in possession of the pledge to which the pawn-ticket refers.

Anggapan mengenai pemilikan surat pajak gadai
Mana-mana orang yang didapati ada dalam miliknya suatu surat pajak gadai hendaklah dianggap sebagai telah ada dalam miliknya sandaran yang dimaksudkan oleh surat pajak gadai itu sehingga dibuktikan sebaliknya.
