s 34 Restoration to the owner by pawnbroker of pledge dishonestly obtained
If any proceedings before any court or Magistrate it shall appear that any article which has been lost or dishonestly or fraudulently obtained or acquired is held in pawn by any pawnbroker, the court or Magistrate may take evidence as to the circumstances of such pawning, and if the court or Magistrate so thinks fit may order the delivery of the article to the owner either on payment to the pawnbroker of the amount lent and of the profit due, or on payment to any part of such loan or profit, or without payment, as to the court or Magistrate may seem just and proper according to the conduct of the owner and the pawnbroker and the circumstances of the case.

Pemulangan sandaran yang didapati dengan curang kepada pemunya oleh pemegang pajak gadai
Jika dalam mana-mana prosiding di hadapan mahkamah atau Majistret didapati bahawa apa-apa barang yang telah hilang atau yang didapatkan atau diperoleh dengan curang atau dengan fraud dipegang sebagai pajak gadai oleh mana-mana pemegang pajak gadai, mahkamah atau Majistret itu boleh mengambil keterangan mengenai pemajakgadaian itu, dan jika difikirkan patut oleh mahkamah atau Majistret itu boleh memerintahkan supaya barang itu diserahkan kepada pemunyanya sama ada dengan dibayar kepada pemegang pajak gadai itu jumlah wang yang telah dipinjamkan atasnya dan keuntungan yang kena dibayar, atau dengan dibayar mana-mana bahagian pinjaman atau keuntungan itu, atau tanpa bayaran, sebagaimana yang difikirkan adil dan wajar memandang kepada kelakuan pemunya dan pemegang pajak gadai itu dan hal keadaan kes itu.
