Pawnbrokers Act 1972 s 35

s 35 Magistrate of the First Class to have jurisdiction under this Act

Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law to the contrary, a court of a Magistrate of the First Class shall have jurisdiction to try summarily any offence under this Act and to award a full punishment for any such offence.

Majistret Kelas Pertama mempunyai bidang kuasa di bawah Akta ini

Walau apa pun peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, sesuatu mahkamah Majistret Kelas Pertama mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan secara terus apaapa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini dan untuk mengenakan hukuman penuh bagi sesuatu kesalahan itu.
