Pawnbrokers Act 1972 s 42

s 42 Forfeiture of articles

All articles in respect of which an offence has been committed against this Act or any regulations made thereunder may, subject to any right possessed them by any person who has not been a party to such offence, be forfeited.

Semua barangan yang berkenaan dengannya sesuatu kesalahan telah dilakukan terhadap Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya boleh dilucuthakkan, tertakluk kepada apa-apa hak untuk memilikinya oleh mana-mana orang yang tidak menjadi pihak kepada kesalahan itu.
