Syarie Legal Profession (Federal Territories) Act 2019 s 41
(1) Any application for the restoration of the name of a firm in the register of name of firm shall be made in a manner as determined by the Majlis Peguam Syarie. (2) The Majlis Peguam Syarie may, if it thinks fair and reasonable, restore the name of the firm which has been struck off in the register of name of firm.
Pemasukan semula nama firma dalam daftar nama firma
(1) Apa-apa permohonan bagi pemasukan semula nama firma dalam daftar nama firma hendaklah dibuat mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Majlis Peguam Syarie. (2) Majlis Peguam Syarie boleh, jika difikirkan adil dan munasabah, memasukkan semula nama firma yang dipotong dalam daftar nama firma.
