s 7 Secretary to the Board
(1) The Chief Registrar shall be the Secretary to the Board. (2) The Secretary to the Board shall attend all meetings of the Board and may participate in the deliberations of the Board, but shall not be entitled to vote.

(1) Ketua Pendaftar hendaklah menjadi Setiausaha Lembaga. (2) Setiausaha Lembaga berhak untuk menghadiri semua mesyuarat Lembaga dan boleh mengambil bahagian dalam pertimbangtelitian Lembaga, tetapi tidak berhak untuk mengundi.
