Where any goods seized in exercise of the powers conferred by this Act are of a perishable nature or where the custody of such goods involves unreasonable expense and inconvenience, such goods may be sold by the Assistant Controller at any time and the proceeds of the sale held to abide by the result of any prosecution or claim under this section.
Penyitaan barang-barang mudah musnah
Jika apa-apa barang-barang yang disita pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh Akta ini merupakan barang-barang yang mudah musnah sifatnya atau jika jagaan barang-barang itu melibatkan perbelanjaan dan kesusahan yang tidak munasabah, barang-barang itu boleh dijual oleh Penolong Pengawal pada bila-bila masa dan hasil jualan itu boleh dipegang untuk mematuhi keputusan apa-apa pendakwaan atau tuntutan di bawah seksyen ini.
