In all proceedings before the Court, the Court may, in its discretion, award any party including the Registrar such costs as it may consider reasonable but the Registrar shall not be ordered to pay the costs of any of the other parties.
Kos prosiding di hadapan Mahkamah
Dalam semua prosiding di hadapan Mahkamah, Mahkamah boleh, mengikut budi bicaranya, mengawardkan mana-mana pihak termasuk Pendaftar apa-apa kos sebagaimana yang difikirkannya munasabah tetapi Pendaftar tidak boleh diperintahkan untuk membayar kos mana-mana pihak lain.
